Wheat Color Sorter

Wheat color sorter is used to separate black tip, discolored grain, fusarium, burnt, ergot wheatand other contaminations from the full grown grains. These are available with dual side view technology to view objects from front and rear. It comes with a 5000*2 pixel highly sensitive CCD bi-chromatic camera which is able to find discolored are of less than 0.068mm. Wheat color sorter are also equipped with processors for high speed digital processing and to make sorting highly precise. The user interface is simple which help in easy operation. Both single sorting and multi color sorting can be done by these machines. There is also an automatic self cleaning system and reverse sorting option. There are various models available as per different specifications such as number of chutes (6 to 7), output (2 TPH to 5 TPH), camera configuration (6F + 6R & 7F + 7R), power requirement (10 KV), air requirement(60 CFM to 70 CFM), etc.
